Succeeding with Scholarship Success
Scholarship Update, Natalie Tradeau
Natalie is currently in her second semester at California State University Northridge, where I she is studying to eventually become a teacher for children with moderate to severe special needs. Her focus is to major in Liberal Studies and I be enrolled in the Integrated Teachers Education Program (ITEP). She is currently attending Northridge State University which is one of the only Universities to offer this program.
Simultaneously, with in a 4 year period, she will study to receive her bachelors and teaching credentials.
She currently has the opportunity to be living the dorms which has been and amazing experience. School is her main priority and last semester she received a 3.97 GPA and her goal is to stay that high or even higher. " I have made a lot of close friends both through my program and that live on my floor, and I am so fortunate to be where I am today" states Natalie
Natalie Tradeau would personally like to thank the Women in Business Program for selecting me to to receive their scholarship in 2012. "This scholarship has not only helped me pay for books (a major expense that tends to be overlooked) but it has given me a connection to the community. With my background in childcare and preschool teaching, getting connected with the Women in Business, gave the opportunity to get employment at the Paso Robles Children's Museum in the summer before attending school. Not only did this scholarship pay for my educational supplies and books, but it gave me work experience and more financial support". Thank you for generous support". Natalie Tradeau

The Women in Business Lunch Program is a great opportunity to other local businesswomen. The luncheons provide an excellent opportunity to meet and network within our commumity as well as listen to a key speaker on relevant business and personal topics. I appreciate the opportunity to get to know other women in our business community and have created several business contacts and lasting friendships!
