Event Description: This is an opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of taste and how each sensation occurs and then how to apply those sensations to wine and everyday foods. Technical Tasting, lead by winemaker Chris Cameron, begins at 2pm. Live music and wine begins at 5pm, followed by food pairings with Chef Jeffrey Scott.
