Event Description: This incredible Menu has absolutely mouth watering courses matched w/ Beautifully created wines from Tolosa Winery in Edna Valley. During this all evening event, you will sip and savor the BEST the region has to offer in the plush atmosphere of our dining room. Our Exec Chef Ryan Swarthout and Tolosa's highly skilled winemaker Larry Brooks will guide you through the pairings so that you learn about how the courses and wines were created while you taste each one. A great opportunity to learn and grow your palate.
