    Are you skilled at developing and executing strategies to increase a company’s presence online and ultimately their bottom line?** The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of content, merchandising and campaigning to support Pasolivo digital marketing and influencer initiatives.**

    **This role will be based in Paso Robles, CA and  will work closely with the TROY Group, a parent company,  marketing team in Wheeling, WV.**

    Major Areas of Accountability:**
    • Manage and report online marketing initiatives using a proactive, data driven approach.
    • Add, maintain or edit product descriptions, fields, attributes, images, videos and other data using Pasolivo's Magento ecommerce system.
    • Create or edit content pages (like store, press release, home page or customer service pages) using Magento CMS tools.
    • Create, maintain or edit promotional content on site (banners, coupon codes, etc.) to support ongoing promotions.
    • Review site analytics and reporting to optimize search result pages and queries.
    • Maintain and optimize product titles, descriptions, fields, attributes and images across the store.
    • Key contributor to SEO/SEM team.
    • Help create and coordinate the execution of email and social media campaigns.
    • Develop affiliate network to drive incremental sales.
    • Build influencer campaigns to target key opportunities to promote the Pasolivo brand.
    • Create initiatives to engage online consumers directly through customer reviews, Q&A and other avenues with the goals of new customer acquisition and increased customer loyalty.
    • Perform market research to ensure the Pasolivo brand and products maintain a competitive position within the marketplace.
    • Monitor competitive and consumer trends; leverage insights for improvement of marketing initiatives.
    • Exceed key monthly and yearly e-commerce revenue targets.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements for Position: **
    • Basic to intermediate experience with HTML preferred.
    • Strong understanding of email marketing and email programs preferred.
    • Experience using online content management tools similar to Magento.
    • Travel required.
    • Strong attention to detail including spelling and grammar.
    • Must be organized and self-driven to maintain high productivity.
    • Experience within the e-commerce industry and/or CPG background preferred.
    • BS Degree in Marketing or related discipline required; minimum
