About Us

A love of fine wine and hospitality in equal measure: Varinder and Anita, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce small lot, award-winning Rhône-inspired blends. He from an engineering background and she from the world of restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine one small lot at a time. Copia’s picturesque Willow Creek estate, with 20 acres under vine offers stunning views of the rolling hills of westside Paso Robles.

Jeb Dunnuck has reported on their inaugural vintage: “… if these first releases are any indication, the future is very bright for this team.” Enjoy warm hospitality with wine at their elegantly modern downtown tasting room. Private experiences also available upon request.
